Accepting the Terms
- In order to initiate the use of TaxReturnWala.com services, the user must first agree to the terms of use as stated and decided by the legal team of TaxReturnWala
Registration with the web-portal
- By registering as a user of TaxRetunWala a user certifies that all information that has been provided is true and correct, any loss or damage caused due to any misleading information shall be entirely borne by the user or his associates.
- It shall be the sole responsibility of the users to maintain the confidentiality of the password and account details as created with TaxReturnWala, the team of TaxReturnWala shall not be responsible for any losses, damage or harm caused as a result of sharing of the passwords and details with third parties.
- The users agree to receive periodic SMS/newsletter/email alerts from the team of TaxRetunWala unless specifically declined / unsubscribed for the same.
Terms of Services
- Team TaxReturnWala is constantly improvising in order to provide the best possible experience for all its clients. All clients hereby acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which TaxReturnWala provides may change from time to time without prior notice to them so all the clients are required to constantly revisit and review the contents being posted on the Terms of Use webpage of TaxReturnWala.
- The clients agree to allow the team TaxReturnWala to add them as a client on the Income Tax Department web services to submit ITR, retrieve ITR-V, refund status, 26AS, etc.
- All clients by the means of acceptance of the terms of use of TaxReturnWala hereby agree that in order to file the returns they shall provide all taxation/ accounting and financial data so that the information can be used to prepare their returns. Team TaxReturnWala assures to provide best taxation advisory subject to the data and information being made available from the clients in a reasonable time frame, to provide advice about tax matters, and/or to provide all related taxation/ accounting and finance services, the users shall need to provide information about their income, deductions, credits etc in addition to all information demanded by team TaxRetunWala.
